Here is a list of frequently asked questions, we hope we can improve your shopping experience by providing helpful answers.
1. How long will it take my order to ship? All orders are processed & shipped within 5-7 business days. Items ordered during sales may take longer to process due to large order volume.
2. Can i place a custom order? To inquire about a custom order please send a message to Sharde@PrivilegedDetroit.com. Please include your name, request colors & email address. An invoice will be sent to you. (An inquiry DOES NOT guarantee order placement in desired style or color)
3. How does the clothing run? Is everything true to size? All T-Shirts are true to size. Sweatshirts/Joggers run slightly bigger and offer a more comfortable fit. Biker sets run smaller, we recommend ordering a size up!
4.Do you offer refunds? We do not offer refunds or exchanges. A store credit will be offered only in the unlikely event that product is damaged or unwearable.
5.Can you stack discount codes? We do not allow shoppers to stack codes. Choose the discount code with the highest percentage off for a larger discount!
6. What's the best way to keep my Privileged Detroit in good condition? Dry cleaning is highly recommended. Although we use premium vinyl's & stitching for our products machine washing can still damage the product after multiples washes.
